State Senator Jeremy Hutchinson (R-Dist. 22) said Saline County listeners can expect plenty of changes from KEWI AM-690.
Hutchinson and Grant Merrill purchased the Benton radio station from Landers Broadcasting — which has held KEWI since 1992 — on Tuesday (Nov. 1). Hutchinson’s district covers most of Saline County and part of Pulaski County.

When old time radio (OTR) was in its heyday, finding stations that broadcast shows such as Lum and Abner and Amos and Andy was no problem.
