Gun control — is Pryor paying attention?

Last week I was invited to participate in “Take a Stand” an event showing my support for the gun control legislation to be voted on this week in the U.S. Senate. The event was held in front of Sen. Economics concern Arkansans

While the 13th annual Arkansas Poll finds the state’s residents more concerned about the economy than ever, 74 percent of respondents expressed optimism about the direction of the state. Approval ratings of public officials were mixed heading into an election year.

Pryor Center to further preserve Arkansas history

Former Arkansas Sen. David Pryor’s dream to share Arkansas’ visual history is making new progress. Work is now under way to organize and catalog the 24,000 hours of video donated by Little Rock television station KATV to the David and Barbara Pryor Center for Arkansas Oral and Visual History at the University of Arkansas. Millions in grants announced

Millions of dollars will be funneled to various agencies, programs and organizations throughout Arkansas, according to several announcements made Thursday and Friday.
The announcement came via press release from U.S. senatorial and congressional offices including:  Senators Blanche Lincoln and Mark Pryor, and Representatives Marion Berry (AR-01), Vic Snyder (AR-02) and Mike Ross (AR-04).
The announcements were as follows:
$22.3 million for economic/community development
