Benton ‘mercy rules’ Parkview, gears up for El Dorado

The Benton Panthers got one step closer to the Class 6A high school football championship game on Friday night by beating Parkview 49-28.
Since Benton was undefeated this season and won the 6A South, the Panthers drew a bye during the first round of the playoffs last week. The team easily handled Parkview tonight, having pulled ahead by 35 points in the third quarter. Becoming disciples

The Rev. Natasha Murray normal of Parkview United Methodist Church in Benton, Ark., was unable to present her sermon on Aug. 21.
Luckily, Terry Brumbelow stepped in and delivered a sermon on what it means to become a disciple of Christ and how to work on becoming one. Give it a listen and you might learn a thing or two. Parkview Methodists podcasting with passion

The Rev. Natasha Murray-Norman started at Parkview United Methodist Church in Benton at the end of June and she’s already overseeing some major changes.
One of those significant changes has to do with refocusing efforts to reach people on the Internet.
