Back in the late 1990s, people were touting Linux as the “next big thing.”

A few years ago, Arkansas Realtors wanting to put real estate contracts and forms together on their computers were somewhat limited.
The Arkansas Realtors Association (ARA) had a product available to members that allowed them to fill out contracts on computers, but there were some limitations.
