We’ve all heard tons about Crystal Bridges and the beauty and economic value it brings to Northwest Arkansas (and the entire state)
It seems that Travel & Leisure, major travel magazine, thinks that Crystal Bridges is one of the Hottest Travel Destinations of 2012. Walmart grant pays admission fees to Crystal Bridges

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art has received a $20 million grant from Walmart that will sponsor admission fees for all. Prior to receiving the grant, the Museum was considering adopting an admission fee of $10 per adult.

Crystal Bridges open for memberships

The time has finally come when people can join the eagerly anticipated Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art.
The museum, set to open Nov. 11 (11-11-11) in Bentonville, had a membership drive during Fourth of July weekend with booths set up at various community events.

Crystal Bridges to open 11-11-11

BENTONVILLE-Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art will open in one week short of a year, officials announced Thursday. The public opening will be Nov. 11, 2011.
Don Bacigalupi, Crystal Bridge’s executive director, provided an update on the museum’s progress Thursday during the monthly meeting of the Arkansas State Parks, Recreation and Travel Commission held at the DoubleTree Guest Suites and Convention Center in Bentonville.
