Siloam Springs Attorney David A. Bailey may have worried about being a bit rusty when he got back into the full time business of practicing law in July, but he needn’t have been concerned.
Indeed, the Herald-Leader in Siloam Springs informed Bailey this week that his office was named “Best Law Firm” in that newspaper’s 2012 Reader’s Choice awards.

Our good friend David Bailey has started a regular column in the Siloam Springs Herald Leader.
Who is Bailey? He’s an attorney who’s been in business for 15 years. He’s holding an open house at his Siloam Springs office on Thursday to commemorate his 15th anniversary, in fact, and is inviting the public to attend and take part in the lawyerly fun (we posted something about that yesterday).

This week represents a milestone for David A. Bailey.
On the day after Labor Day in 1996, the Texarkana native started the Bailey Law Firm in Siloam Springs. At the time, he was one of but a few attorneys in northwest Arkansas who spoke Spanish. His decision to learn that language turned out to be fortuitous — the 2010 Census puts the population in Benton County at 221,339 and 15.5 percent of those residents are of Hispanic or Latino origin.
