Real Forms, a software company based in Springdale, filed suit against the Arkansas Realtors Association (ARA) in Washington County Circuit Court in Fayetteville on Wednesday.
According to the complaint, Real Forms entered into a contract with the ARA in August to provide real estate contracts to Realtors throughout the state. The Springdale company alleges the ARA breached its five year contract with Real Forms — valued at a minimum of $600,000 — in violation of a clause that allowed programmers a certain amount of time to fix any problems that cropped …

Rogers Attorney Asa Hutchinson is a busy guy and has been for some time. Still, he still finds time to spread the message that attorneys should volunteer some time to make sure that every Arkansans has access the courts.
Former President Ronald Reagan appointed Hutchinson as a U.S. attorney in 1982 and Hutchinson became a congressman representing Arkansas’ 3rd District in 1996.
