Actor Luke Wilson was tangentially involved in an accident that left one person dead and two injured, including professional golfer Bill Haas.
He went on: "Mr Bill Haas was the passenger in the Ferrari". Haas and the 50-year-old woman driving the BMW were rushed to the hospital.
The 35-year-old Haas was taken to the hospital, suffering from pain and swelling in his legs.
Another report said that a third auto in the accident was driven by actor Luke Wilson but the report said there wasn't major damage to Wilson's vehicle.
The fatal accident remains under investigation.

Pro golfer, Bill Haas, was injured in a horrific vehicle crash on February 13.
"He is understandably shaken up and - more importantly - his deepest condolences go out to the host family during this tragic and hard time", Mr. Hobbs said in a statement.
Police said Haas - who was in the area for the Genesis Open at the Riviera Country Club - is "doing OK".
Haas, a six-time PGA Tour victor and the son of professional golfer Jay Haas, was here for the Genesis Open, which will be played at Riviera Golf Course in Pacific Palisades starting Thursday.
World No. 67 Haas finished tied-26th in his last outing at the Phoenix Open at the beginning of February. Luckily, he is expected to make a full recovery.
"Bill will withdraw from the Genesis Open and plans to head home to Greenville to recover".
