Reich served as Eagles' offensive coordinator for the past two seasons.
Although Reich did not call plays for the Eagles, he had a big role in the offense.
A week after Josh McDaniels turned the Indianapolis Colts, the team appears to have found their next head coach. He won a Super Bowl with them in 2017 while ranking first in point differential. After that, he went to the Cardinals as their wide receivers coach, and then to the Chargers as the quarterbacks coach. Reich was Peyton Manning's quarterbacks coach in 2009 and '10 before coaching Reggie Wayne and the rest of the receivers in 2011.More news: Eurostar's Direct London-Amsterdam Trains Launch in April

The move seems like a smart one for the Colts as they will still get the Super Bowl caliber OC they seemed to be seeking.
Bills defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier was also interviewed for the Colts' vacancy.
As Bills quarterback on January 3, 1993, he rallied Buffalo from a 35-3 hole to a 41-38 overtime victory against the Houston Oilers in a wild-card round game, the largest comeback in National Football League history.
The other challenge for Reich will involve his coaching staff. The key for the Colts, though, will be the health of quarterback Andrew Luck.
Ballard, in light of McDaniels' reversal, said "just because you're the first choice doesn't make you the right choice".
