As previously reported, Glover hinted about his retirement from music during his performance at the Governors Ball music festival in NY.
The performance marks the first for Glover since his set at Governor's Ball in New York City.
"But I like endings and I think they're important to progress. I'm making another project right now", he said. However, the songwriter is firm on his decision to retire Childish Gambino. "I think ending are good because they force things to get better", Glover added. He talked about his upcoming album being his final album.
