The tour, which will take place from June to August, will also see Dion returning to Tokyo, Macao and Taipei to perform.
Celine is now performing her show at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
Dion's concerts in Singapore are part of her month-long Celine Dion Live 2018 Tour, in which she will stop at a number of Asian cities.
The excitement is set to come back to those same fans after it was confirmed on Friday that Dion will finally be performing in the country this year.
The singer, who first shot to worldwide fame in the 1990s, had cancelled a previous Asia Tour in 2014 due to her husband's ailing health.
Ticket sale dates and prices have yet to be announced, but a press statement from MBS yesterday said members of her fan club TeamCeline will be able to buy tickets through an advance pre-sale.More news: Dark Souls Remastered is coming to current platforms, including Nintendo Switch

"I love you, you love me", Dion starts singing, trying to detract from the freaky moment. But she eventually talks the woman into being escorted off the stage, asking, "You promise me you'll be careful?" "I'm glad you came up onstage tonight", Dion tells the woman.
With that the fan then grabs the microphone and growls "don't touch me" at Dion's bodyguard Olivier.
"2018, we're gonna make a change", she adds while ushering her security away. She sat on the throne of power ballads, with hits like The Power of Love, Because You Loved Me and Where Does My Heart Beat Now.
"I'm glad that. I thought you just wanted to come closer to me".
She said: "First of all, this girl knows exactly what she's doing".
