The emails were forced out after a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit from Judicial Watch and reveal that not only did Abedin have at least five emails on the computer and Clinton's unsecured private server which were classified, they were more than likely hacked by foreign adversaries because she used a Yahoo account.
Comey's tweet was in response to Trump's Tuesday morning tweet in which he told the "Deep State Justice Dept." that it should prosecute former Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin, as well as Comey himself.
The president referenced the case of a former U.S. Navy Sailor imprisoned for a year after taking photographs while on board a submarine as justification for his imprisonment call. He's also blamed Comey, who he fired in May, for allegedly letting Clinton get away without any charges.
Abedin, of course, filed for divorce from Anthony Weiner in 2017, on the same day the Snapchat-happy scuzz plead guilty to transferring obscene photos to a minor, and continues to face the repercussions of Weiner's misdeeds.
Weiner handed his computer over to federal investigators as the FBI probed allegations that he had been sexting with an underage girl, a story first broken by DailyMail. The bureau recently released e-mails found on Weiner's laptop that Abedin had sent to herself.More news: SA tourist dies in Egypt balloon crash: ministry official

Justice Department officials are revisiting Clinton's use of a private email server during her time as secretary of state, the Daily Beast reported Thursday. Mail address back in 2009, some of which included sensitive material, and one of which included official login passwords.
He reversed himself two days before the vote, saying nothing of significance had been found in her emails. It's not like Abedin had drinks in a bar in London and bragged about possible Russian collusion to a Australian diplomat, or anything like that, after all. He was sentenced to a year in prison, which he finished serving last September.
Swecker suspected Comey let his "inner circle" dictate the Clinton and Trump investigations, which led to them being allegedly tainted by political actions like Agent Peter Strzok's text messages.
But many conservative organizations independent of the president have pressed for information about Clinton's emails.
