Authorities say multiple people were injured Wednesday morning in a shooting at Maryland business park.
"This does appear to be a targeted attack, limited to that business", Gahler said as he confirmed there were three dead and two other victims who were transported to trauma centers in serious condition.
Police say they are looking for a suspect, Radeed Labeeb Prince, 37. He may be driving a black 2008 GMC Acadia with the DE license tag PC 64273.
A manhunt is underway for the 37-year-old Prince, who is considered armed and unsafe.
The victims and the suspect worked for Advanced Granite Solutions, the owner of the company that designs and installs countertops told The Associated Press.

The man said in his written application that Prince came back to the business several times after he was sacked. All five people shot were employees at Advanced Granite Solutions.
Kevin Doyle, of Thornhill Properties, said he was getting tools from his truck Wednesday when he heard screaming and saw three men running from the office park. If you have information on his whereabouts, call 911 immediately.
A park and much of the surrounding area around the business park were on lockdown amid the search for Prince.
Schools in the area, 30 miles from Baltimore, were placed on lockdown as police hunted for the gunman.
The man being sought in connection with a mass shooting at a Harford County business park was sacked from another job earlier this year after attacking another employee, according to a restraining order filed against him earlier this year. Authorities say the shooter has left the scene and that no arrests have been made. Asked about the gunman's possible motive, he said: "We believe he's tied into a relationship here at work".
