Blackburn is still able to promote the video by posting it on Twitter, but can't pay to promote it. An ad, however, reaches people who have not actively sought out Blackburn's opinions by following her Twitter account, and therefore the company holds it to a different standard.

In the video, Blackburn says, "I'm 100 percent pro-life".
Twitter has reportedly pulled a campaign ad off its platform that spoke about Planned Parenthood negatively. "Thank God." The unproven allegations against planned parenthood never led to criminal charges, and the group denies any wrongdoing.

Twitter took down a campaign ad from Rep.
The campaign responded to Twitter's decision on Monday afternoon by urging supporters of Blackburn to share the ad elsewhere on social media and join her "in standing up to Silicon Valley".
