NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported Monday that Carr's injury is relatively minor, and that while he is sore and stiff, there are no internal injuries and he thinks he will be able to play Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.
The Raiders were shell-shocked when Carr went down with a broken leg Christmas Eve, and they did not recover, losing their final regular-season game (in Denver) and in the wild-card game (in Houston). This has become a question for any team with an injured quarterback.
Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr will miss time, after all.

Carr's struggles in the last two games highlighted how lost the Raiders will be without him.
Essentially, it wouldn't be shocking to see the Raiders rally together to win this one versus the Ravens at home for Carr.
In theory, Carr could return after that contest with the Bolts.
Manuel hasn't won a start since 2014, though he hasn't had many either.
Will the Raiders still be.500 at that point? EJ Manuel played well against a very tough Denver Broncos defense by moving the ball all the way down the field for a field goal on his second drive.
The timeline the team gave of 2-6 weeks is generous. That would mean that the team - regardless of who the quarterback is - would need to go 6-2 (or better) down the stretch against arguably the toughest schedule in football to make the postseason.
