Earlier this month, OnePlus announced the launch of the Soft Gold variant of their flagship smartphone - OnePlus 5.
Who knows, at some point, OnePlus might even start offering a Soft Gold version with 8GB of RAM + 128GB of storage, although the company didn't say anything about having such plans. The OnePlus 5 8GB RAM variant comes in Midnight Black, whereas the Slate Gray color is made exclusive to the 6GB RAM variant. Like the Midnight Black, this one is also priced at Rs. 37,999.
Moreover, OnePlus 5 customers can enjoy Rs. 2000 off on Exchange, No Cost EMI and Rs. 1500 refund in their Amazon Pay Account on the use of American Express card or Amazon Gift Card. The phone will be available from today on Amazon.in and OnePlus India store. The phone runs on Android Nougat based Oxygen OS and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. It comes with 16 Megapixel Sony IMX398 sensor sensor primary and 20 Megapixel Sony IMX350 sensor secondary rear camera with Dual LED flash. OnePlus 5 was launched on June this year. OnePlus 5 Price in India is Rs. 32,999 for 6GB RAM model and Rs. 37,999 for 8GB RAM model.
With Dash Charge, proprietary charging technology from OnePlus, user will always get a day's power in half an hour. Both the variants support dual SIM cards and there is a 3.5mm audio jack despite the presence of a USB Type-C port.
There is no MicroSD card slot for further expansion of storage.
