Singh Brar spent five months putting together "Chicken Don", as the fowl installation is titled, and obtained a permit from the U.S. Secret Service for the public protest. One man apparently thought that spending $1,300 on a 30-foot inflatable chicken that slightly resembles President Trump was a sound financial decision.
Film maker Sean Langille says the chicken is in reaction to Trump playing "chicken" with North Korea's leader.
The inflatable statue was first created for mall owners in China. "Hey everybody! We are raising money to bring Chicken Don to the White House". There's even a Twitter account dedicated to following the journeys of the Trump-esque "Tax March Chicken".
