However, no timetable for the measures was given. Journalists and representatives from Al Jazeera were not permitted to attend. It said it will continue operating in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.
The network will not give up its Jerusalem bureau without a fight, however.
These Arab states accuse Qatar of backing terrorism and have demanded the shutdown of Qatari-funded Al Jazeera.
Three of those nations - Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Egypt - already have banned Al Jazeera.
Communications Minister Ayoub Kara alleged that the channel supported terrorism, and said both its Arabic and English-language channels would be taken off air.
"And when we see that all these countries have determined as fact that Al Jazeera is a tool of the Islamic State, Hamas, Hezbollah and Iran, and we are the only one who have not determined that then something delusional is happening here".
He accused Al-Jazeera of "inciting violence which has caused losses among the best of our sons", referring to the July 14 attack outside the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in East Jerusalem that killed two policemen.

"On my instructions [Kara] took concrete steps to end Al Jazeera's incitement" in Israel.
A decision will be made after receiving that opinion, he said.
Kara also said he had approached local cable and satellite providers and asked them to cut off the station's broadcasts.
"We have identified media outlets that do not serve freedom of speech but endanger the security of Israel's citizens, and the main instrument has been Al Jazeera", Kara said.
Al Jazeera correspondent reported that Israel is also seeking to shut down Al Jazeera's cable and satellite transmissions in the country.
Israel has regularly accused the broadcaster of bias in its coverage of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
"Al-Jazeera is surprised by the announcement of the Israeli minister of communications in his justification that the decision is consistent with what has been done by Arab countries. namely Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Egypt", the Al-Jazeera official said in Doha.
Arab Israelis, the descendants of Palestinians who stayed after the state of Israel was created in 1948, make up 17.5 percent of the country's population.
