The nostalgia-heavy, small-screen blockbuster Stranger Things returns to Netflix with a new season on October 27 - just in time for a pre-Halloween weekend binge session. He hadn't expected the show to get picked up for a second season, so wasn't as concerned with being tight-lipped on plot details.
Saturday was chock full of new trailers thanks to the panels at San Diego Comic-Con, and Netflix came to play as well, unveiling the trailer for the second season of its breakout hit Stranger Things.
To get you up to speed, the surprise hit focuses on the small town of Hawkins, Indiana, which is terrorized by a mysterious creature from an alternate reality the town's kids call the Upside Down. It opens up with the gang at an arcade where they are playing the classic Dragon's Lair. Season 2 isn't only going to pick up where things left off in the first season, but they're going to expand into an adventure that is bigger and more frightening than ever before. You know it's going to be unbelievable and you really dig in to the life of Eleven. Brown shared the little information she was allowed.
