Weekend OTR: Fibber McGee lives next to a Nazi spy?

By: 19 April 2013 No Comment

FibberMcGeeAndMollyIt’s Friday night and you know what that means — it’s time for another installment of our uberdandy Weekend OTR series.

What’s on tap for this weekend? How about that wacky Fibber McGee who suspects he lives next door to a Nazi spy. Yes, you read that right — a Nazi spy. So get ready to listen and laugh like crazy.

Before you do that (or immediately thereafter), why not take a minute or two and visit the good folks at You’ll find a huge selection of old time radio programs over there and prices that are hard to beat. Oh, and don’t forget to come back every Sunday and check out the latest Lum and Abner comic strip posted here at First Arkansas News. We’ve got a new one of those every weekend and it’s just the thing for you old time radio fans — new adventures starring a couple of Arkansas boys who became international stars during the Golden Age of Radio.

Having said all of that, click the below link to listen to this week’s program.
