More than Being Pretty

Sept. 11 this year marked the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City and on the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.

It was, in many quarters, a somber occasion. At Parkview United Methodist Church in Benton, the Rev. Natasha Murray-Norman observed the day by delivering a hopeful message to members and guests.

What were those words of encouragement? What lessons connected with the anniversary of 9/11? What does Forrest Gump have to do with it all? You’ll just have to listen to her sermon to find the answers to those questions (and more).
