Holiday OTR: Meet the Meeks — Planning a Company Picnic

By: 2 July 2011 One Comment

Happy Fourth of July weekend, everyone.

Yes, it’s time to relax and shoot off a firework or two, provided you live in a town that allows such celebrations. Hopefully, you’ll have some time to listen to some old time radio over the weekend.

We’re posting a couple of episodes over the next couple of days that have — believe it or not — a Fourth of July theme. Get all patriotic and get ready to listen to some fine OTR. What could be more downright American than that? Not a whole lot, I’d wager.

As always, these programs are made available by the good folks over at OTRCat.com. If you’re in the market for some classic old time radio shows at prices that will make you smile, give The Cat a visit.

And, don’t forget — we’ll post a new Lum and Abner comic strip in the morning, so make sure to stop in for that. And if you haven’t done it already, make sure to check out our contribution to the world of modern audio theater — the Super Weasel Lawyer Team.
