Broccoli Cheese Casserole — a traditional Thanksgiving side dish

Here is one more wonderful Thanksgiving side dish.

This is one of my favorites. I will also end my side dish segment here. I will be posting a few dessert recipes today, too. I hope you enjoy all the side dishes I have added.

Broccoli cheese casserole

5 packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 large Velveeta cheese
1 package Ritz Crackers
2 Tbsp melted butter

Cook broccoli as directed on package. Drain. Cube Velveeta cheese and add it to broccoli. Let melt. Crush Ritz crackers. Add butter to crackers. Put broccoli in casserole dish. Top with crackers. Bake 350 degrees, uncovered for 30 minutes.
