First Arkansas News welcomes its newest advertiser — Front Porch Family Diner

By: 4 August 2010 One Comment

We at First Arkansas News are happy to announce that the fine folks at the Front Porch Family Diner in Springdale has made the infinitely wise choice to take out an advertisement.

Ralph Hudson got in touch last night and wanted to buy an ad. It seems he’s got a pretty dandy restaurant going in Springdale and he’s looking for some customers.

The restaurant specializes in Southern cooking in a major way. How major? Some of Hudson’s relatives have submitted family recipes that are made on special occasions for the masses. Now, that’s what we call home cooking, folks.

To find out more information, just click the diner’s ad over to the left or visit the entry for the restaurant on Urban Spoon to see a menu, hours and a lot of other stuff. For those of you familiar with Springdale, the restaurant is located at 669 E. Robinson Ave. where Catfish John’s operated for years.

Why make such a big deal over a new advertiser? Well, we appreciate Hudson’s business and could use some more of it. None of the people writing here expect to get rich off this site (thank goodness), but we would like to make a few bucks here and there.

What we have to offer potential advertisers is a great advertising rate on a growing site that is pulling in some respectable traffic counts and is getting some attention. Furthermore, just consider this — First Arkansas News is listed on Google News, and that means this article about Front Porch Family Diner will get some attention there. Your business could get some attention, too.

If you’d like to advertise here, click here for ad rates and then get in touch if you’d like to do business with us.
