Weekend OTR — Dragnet: The Werewolf

By: 25 July 2010 2 Comments

My, but the weekend just flew by in a hurry, didn’t it?

A couple of days ago, First Arkansas News started posting detective-themed old time radio shows to coincide with a great sale on those programs going on over at OTRCat.com. Indeed, the prices over there on detective shows right now are so great you might fall out of your chair in disbelief.

Well, nothing that extreme, but you can pick up discs stuffed full of MP3s of your favorite shows for, literally, a few cents an episode.

We kicked off the weekend of detective OTR fun on Friday with an episode of the Bishop and the Gargoyle and followed that on Saturday with a selection from the Burns and Allen series. Today, we’re proud to present a Dragnet program. Yes, you’ll thrill as Jack Webb deadpans his way through another case and marvel that Dragnet has held up over the years and is still muy entertaining.

Having said all of that, snap on those headphones or adjust those computer speakers, click the below link and enjoy this fine old time radio episode from The Cat’s vault:
